Treatment
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) represents a variety of counselling & psychotherapeutic strategies that aim to enable the client to experience the greatest degree of psychological improvement in the shortest possible time-frame. Solution Focused Therapies offer an efficient, time-limited, goal-directed approach, with an emphasis on the present. This is extremely beneficial in several ways for our clients;
- Firstly it decreases the overall cost of psychotherapy.
- Secondly it reduces the impact any psychological distress can have on our clients overall life, including impact on family, work & social commitments.
- Thirdly, Brief, Solution Focused Therapies are some of the most scientifically researched modes of therapeutic change & are indicated as preferred treatments for a variety of psychological distress.
