Benefits of Counselling and Psychotherapy
Making that first contact with a therapist takes real courage, but the rewards can be life changing. In an environment of safety and collaboration, clients can gain a deepened self knowledge, feel understood and begin to resolve the difficulties and symptoms that brought them to Therapy in the beginning.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy services to both adolescents and adults, helping to improve the quality of their lives by working interactively and using diverse therapeutive approaches. Working together we can explore and identify many underlying thoughts and emotions that drive particular behaviours. Each tailored session allows for this to be achieved at a pace that suits you.
