I attended Siobhan’s counselling service from May to August 2019 on a weekly basis. I went to her because I was going through anxiety & as I hadn’t experienced anything like this before I did not know what it was & how to deal with it! I felt from the beginning Siobhan facilitated a very open honest relationship in which I felt very comfortable to talk, I also loved the way she helped you figure out what was causing the problem without shoving her opinion down your throat. Once the problem was aired she then showed me techniques for self-care & dealing with anxiety which I now will always use. I can not recommend Siobhan highly enough, I found her to be very professional, friendly & caring & cannot thank her enough for helping me get things back on track!
